Back at school

It was a nice and very long break but I'm back in action. The first week wasn't bad, I'm not entirely happy with my schedule but I have to make due with what I have. Here in Illinois we tend to have the weirdest weather, I thought we had bypassed all of the bad weather but here it is... flurrying and getting colder. I'm more concerned with staying warm than wearing my oxfords with no socks.

Jacket, Obey. Shirt, Thrifted. Jeans, Levi. Boots, Olsenboye.

I need to experiment more with the way I take my pictures. They are quite blah.

Chicago

Me and Brittany decided to leave our caves and go to our beloved city of Chicago. The morning started off terrible but as we got downtown the fears were erased. I love going downtown, just to site see even though we live in Illinois I love the buildings, the people, and generally the atmosphere. I once again neglected to take a picture of my outfit, I'm slacking big time :/  We took forever on finding The new Topshop that opened last summer which translates to we got lost. Nevertheless it was a good trip.

I bought some earrings from Topshop to which I am so so so happy about! I love the store, who wouldn't really.

Happy New Year!!

It's 2012, I'm trying to have a more positive outlook on life. I'm trying to revamp myself as a whole, this isn't a resolution because I've been starting this since I made the decision. It's important that I am healthy, happy, at least mildly hopeful on tomorrow. I have no pictures of my New years eve because I spent it drinking Moscato with a friend on tumblr :/ sad I know but what else could I do? I don't make new years a big deal, just the closing of a year and on to the next one. The upside to every new year is my birthday is January 30th. As stated before I have no pictures of outfits so I will leave you with this.

Ryan Gosling has not only caught my eye with his acting and great looks but his style..I think he deserves my love.
